Golden Quince Sparkler
Quince is a fruit that refuses to be rushed — hard, perfumed, almost impossible to eat raw, yet it turns to nectar under heat and time. This serve leans into that patience and then lifts it: lemon and quince syrup sharpen the spirit, a whisper of honey rounds the edges, and sparkling water carries the orchard aroma up out of the glass.
Built long over crushed ice so it stays cold and keeps opening as you drink it. A thin quince wheel and a lemon twist finish the picture.

Golden Quince Elixir
Where the Sparkler is daylight, the Elixir is candlelight. Everything goes into the shaker — pălincă, lemon, honey syrup, quince nectar — with a quarter ounce of dry vermouth for a herbal spine and two dashes of aromatic bitters for depth.
Shaken hard, double strained, no ice in the coupe: nothing dilutes it after it leaves the tin. The result is silkier and more concentrated, closer to a dessert-hour sipper than a refresher.
