Transylvanian Vineyard Sour
Lemon, white grape juice and honey wrapped around 1½ oz of Pălincă de struguri, shaken hard and strained into a chilled coupe. Orange bitters sharpen the finish; a frozen grape and a lemon twist crown it.

Vineyard Highball
A crisp, refreshing build over ice: 50 ml Pălincă de struguri, lime, a bar spoon of white grape juice, topped with premium tonic. Garnished with halved green grapes and a grape leaf.
Served in a highball glass — the purest expression of the grape.

Over several generations, the Zetea family produces natural drinks distilled from fruits in traditional boilers with direct fire, continuously improving the process according to the ZETEA method, but preserving its traditional character.
